Getting the OPUS SoundBed into your hands, on a large scale, has been a tremendous challenge.
Building a robust supply chain and fulfillment process, particularly for an innovative product, has introduced us to an array of complex design and engineering challenges. These were further compounded by the global pandemic, which affected our supply chains and production schedules, as it has for many consumer product and hardware companies. For our early supporters, this has unfortunately led to delays in meeting the high standards we set for ourselves—and for you.
