In our 2000+ test session while developing the product we really tried to emphasize the minimal viable impactful experience, we found that users reliably found results in as little as 7 minutes.

You will be able to experience a diverse catalog of sonic journeys, or Sessions, which integrate many different healing frequencies; from binaural beats and isochronic tones for inducing desired brainwave states, to targeted waves such as solfeggio tone harmonics that assist in balancing the energies of your body and mind. Music-based Sessions are tuned to 432hz, in alignment with the natural harmonics of the Earth’s electromagnetic field. The bed itself primarily vibrates at deeper bass frequencies (~150hz and below), while the full range of audible sound comes through the headphones. This interplay between hearing and feeling opens up a whole new dimension of immersive sound healing, where you are literally inside of the waves.

A standard modern household circuit (14 AWG / 20A) can power up to 6 SoundBeds concurrently at max power consumption. Homes built before 1980 may have a lower capacity (12 AWG / 10A) and can power up to 4 SoundBeds per circuit concurrently at max power consumption.

SoundBed™ is generally safe for children to use, though if they have a serious medical condition we suggest consulting your doctor before use. We count children ages 6 to 11 among our 3,000+ beta testers and children tend to enjoy the experience as much as adults. As an appropriate description of her child after the experience, one mom referred to her daughter as “her little zen baby.”

While the bed is designed to be a comfortable experience, and therefore can be used to sleep on, this isn’t a proper mattress for long-term and optimal sleep.

You will receive a personal invitation when it is time to complete your purchase and secure your delivery window. At OPUS we want you to be fully satisfied with your SoundBed purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your SoundBed, you may request a return for a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery.

We recommend all customers to keep your SoundBed box for general transport, service, and the possibility of returns, as few facilities sell boxes large enough for SoundBed - if you require a replacement box there is a flat rate fee of $80USD for us to ship you a new box.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Experience team atsupport@feelopus.com and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive your returned SoundBed, and we inspect it and verify that it is in undamaged condition, we will issue a full refund of your SoundBed purchase price, less any original shipping fees.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used within approximately 10-15 business days of our receipt of the returned unit.
